What services does Forwarder International offer?
We offer FCL, LCL consolidation, air freight, RoRo shipping, one-stop logistics, and international express services, covering 50+ destination ports across South America, the Caribbean, Central America, and Africa.
How long does shipping from China to South America take?
Transit time depends on the destination port and shipping method. For FCL ocean freight, most South American ports take about 30-45 days; Peru's new Chancay Port route is currently the fastest, at approximately 23-28 days. Air freight is typically 7-25 days faster than ocean freight.
Is Forwarder International a licensed freight forwarder?
Yes. Forwarder (Suzhou) International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 with registered capital of RMB 5 million, and is a nationally licensed first-class freight forwarder approved by China's Ministry of Commerce.
How do I get a freight quote?
Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone with your product name, weight/volume, origin, and destination port. We typically respond within hours, and guarantee a reply within 24 hours.
What's the difference between FCL and LCL, and which should I choose?
FCL suits larger shipments that fill a container (20GP/40GP/40HQ) with better cost efficiency. LCL suits smaller shipments of 1-15 CBM, sharing container costs without waiting for a full load.
Do you handle customs clearance at the destination?
We primarily handle China export customs declaration and international transport. Destination clearance is typically handled by a local partner agent or your designated broker. For key markets like the Dominican Republic and Bolivia, we can provide clearance guidance.
Which trade terms do you support?
We support FOB, CIF, CFR, and EXW, and can flexibly arrange origin pickup and destination delivery based on your needs.
Can you ship dangerous goods or new energy products?
Yes, but new energy products (solar panels, batteries) are classified as dangerous goods and require advance declaration. Contact us at least 2-3 weeks ahead with the product name and UN number.
Can you ship to landlocked countries like Bolivia or Paraguay?
Yes. Cargo typically enters via Chile's Iquique port or Peru's Callao port and is then transported inland. We coordinate the full logistics chain including the inland transfer.
What is the new Chancay Port route in Peru?
Chancay Port, invested by COSCO Shipping Group, opened in November 2024 as a new direct China–South America route, reducing China–Peru transit from 35-42 days to ~23-28 days without detouring via the Panama Canal.
What languages does your service team speak?
Our team is trilingual in Chinese, English, and Spanish, communicating via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Which Chinese ports can you ship from?
We support cargo collection from Shanghai, Ningbo, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Qingdao, and Xiamen, with trucking arranged near your factory location.
